Notice under the legislation on personal data protection.

We hereby issue this notice under art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter, “GDPR”), on protection of individuals within the scope of personal data processing.

Legal grounds and purposes of the processing

The personal data collected through this form will be processed with the sole purpose of sending to you, by e-mail, as requested by you, certain newsletters (hereafter, “Newsletter”). The legal grounds consist of the need for the above purpose.

Data retention period

Your personal data will be processed, until you request the interruption of the service and, in any case, for the time strictly needed for seeking the above purpose, after which they will be deleted or made anonymous.

Nature of the provision of the data and consequences of any refusal

The data will be provided on a voluntary basis. Any refusal to supply the data shall imply the impossibility to receive the newsletter service.

Scope of the data disclosure and categories of recipients

Only for the above purposes, all the data collected and processed may be disclosed to internal officers who are authorised to carry out the processing in consideration of their respective tasks, as well as to third party companies or to other entities, which provide outsourcing services on behalf of the Data Controller acting as Data Processors; your data will not be disseminated.

Transfer of the data towards a third party country and/or an international organization

For merely organizational purposes, the details of your e-mail address may be transferred to extra EU countries, in consideration of the fact that the Data Controller employs Cloud services which are supplied by vendors that are selected among those which give appropriate guarantees, as established under art. 46 GDPR.

Rights of Interested Parties 

You are entitled (under articles 15 -22 GDPR) to request that our Company grants you the access to your personal data and to amend them if not correct, to delete them or limit their processing if the requirements thereof are not, and also to obtain the portability of any data provided by you only if undergoing automatic processing based on the consent or the contract. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
