Life is like skiing. Look arround and enjoy every moment regardless conditions.
Mountains are my passion and I share this 100% with Petra. Winter or summer, climbing, flying trough the air or skiing, it doesn't matter to me if I am guiding or having fun with friends. I simply get spaced out when I am in mountains. It is a state of mind and lifestyle for us mountain guides, probably the same as for somebody dreaming to create perfect shoe or boot like Scarpa Does.
The biggest event in life is defenetly a birth and I was fortunate to have supper young parents and had a blast growing up in Slovenia. Expeditions to Himalaya started when I was 17, started steep skiing at 15, climbing big walls at 13 and it was a natural progression to base jump and now to become a mountain guide- a job that feeds my soul.
